A leading recruitment firm in the UK is looking for an EMEA Early Careers Recruiter to enhance their Financial Services client’s recruitment strategy. You will develop university relations and internship programs, ensuring strong candidate engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in early careers recruitment, event organization, and be capable of tracking key metrics. This position is primarily on-site in London with a significant focus on building lasting partnerships with educational institutions.
Korn Ferry is searching for an EMEA Early Careers Recruiter to support one of our Financial Services RPO clients.
This role is based out of London with a 4 day onsite requirement in the client offices.
As a member of Korn Ferry, the EMEA Early Careers Recruiter will build world class University Relations and Internship programs for our client through development of key relationships in business as well as identified schools and other organisations.
This role focuses on high touch candidate, stakeholder and university relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around early talent development and building a long-term sustainable strategy.
This role will be part of an established team specialising in Early Careers recruitment, focused on Interns, Apprentices, Co-ops and Graduates across EMEA region.
