1. Prepare high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
2. Identify opportunities to improve food service
3. Create a positive kitchen environment supporting your team
4. Support delivery of food concepts to customers
5. Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
6. Manage food ordering, stock control, and waste reduction
7. Oversee kitchen hygiene and cleaning standards
8. Assist in managing budgets and meeting financial targets
9. Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
