As a Solution Architect, you'll be at the heart of shaping how technology supports our business goals. You'll work across a wide range of applications, translating complex business needs into clear, effective technical solutions. • Define and document solution architectures that align with business requirements, IT strategy, and existing systems.
• Lead technical workstreams, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust, end-to-end solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across a range of applications, systems and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that support our evolving system platforms.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.

• Breadth of experience in solution design and architecture, ideally gained across diverse organisations—demonstrating adaptability to varying methodologies, cultures, and ways of working.
• Expertise in defining and documenting technology solutions and reusable solution design patterns.
• A solid understanding of application, infrastructure, integration and data architecture.
• Proven ability to collaborate across large teams and influence stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and maintain a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to collective success; qualifications in technology are a starting point.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you see it as a space for innovation and creative thinking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
