LRM Planning are looking to expand the team to address our ongoing healthy workstream across Wales and England. We are a small team with offices in Cardiff and Exeter and we pride ourselves on a positive workplace environment and close-knit approach to working. We are proud of our record of success and our broad client base, ranging from private individuals, through to Housing Associations and contractors, to volume housebuilders and landowners.

We are looking for a candidate to work on a range of planning applications and site promotion work across Wales and the South West of England. The projects will primarily be residential but also include mixed use, retail and education. Preferably the candidate will have between two and fifteen years’ experience. The role will be either Planner, Senior Planner, Principal Planner or Associate level depending upon experience. It can be based in either our Cardiff or Exeter Office (or between) with the ability for hybrid working on a flexible basis subject to level. We would consider more than one role depending upon the candidates.

Roles at LRM Planning are well suited to planners with a firm understanding of development management and planning policy, who possess good written skills, work well with people, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate adaptability to working on a variety of projects.
