A growing consultancy is looking for an Insights & Brand Planning Specialist to deliver client-ready insight reports. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in marketing effectiveness, strong project management skills, and the ability to present impactful recommendations to clients.

Location:
Kingston-Upon-Thames, London (Hybrid) or Dublin (Hybrid). Preference to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Insights & Brand Planning Specialist. This role will be focused on delivering client ready insight reports in our two main areas of research and tracking, Distinctive Brand Assets, and Category Entry Points. The role requires the ability to deliver insight-led reports from briefing through to final delivery, grounded in actionable recommendations. With all our projects we strive to deliver output that provides the perfect jumping off point for our clients so being able to think like them / have experience of their demands would be of great value - hence the note re brand planning skills.
A key North Star of our company’s ethos is in helping brands evolve their brand tracking & measurement solutions, and the candidate should have experience of what has come before / currently exists along with an informed viewpoint on where it lacks with regards to real-world application.
The scope of client ready insight reports will be primarily related to our two service offerings (DBA testing / tracking and CEP modelling / tracking), but may involve other areas of focus depending on the client brief.
The ideal candidate will have some client-side experience (brand planning, insight director, shopper marketing specialist etc), have a strong understanding of mental availability research and what underpins its value as well as the ability to pitch / present confidently to an audience.
Strong project management skills are also required to manage the exciting breadth of project work, client meetings and PR opportunities that are on offer.
