MET/Strip & Fit Technician - Up to £23ph + Bonuses | Dorking Area | Family-Run, Manufacturer-Approved Bodyshop

We're working with a well-respected, family-run manufacturer-accredited bodyshop in the Dorking area, and they're looking for an experienced and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team.

• Up to £23 per hour (depending on experience)
• Quarterly bonus scheme - up to £1,250 every 3 months
• Annual bonus of £3,000
• Overtime available
• Join a close-knit, supportive team in a family-run business
• Work in a manufacturer-approved, professional bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm (45 hours per week)
• Overtime available for extra earnings

• Carrying out MET/Strip & Fit and geometry work
• Working with precision and attention to detail in a modern workshop
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and best practices
• Contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency

• Proven experience as an MET Technician in a Bodyshop environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Relevant qualifications (IMI, ATA, NVQ, or manufacturer training) desirable
