The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in engineering and project delivery in industrial settings and is skilled in project management methodologies. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and budget, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion)and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).
We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

You will lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects from concept to completion, managing internal teams and external contractors to deliver safe, robust and on-time solutions that support site development and expansion. You will own delivery, governance and handover, ensuring projects meet technical, safety and operational requirements.
