We're looking for a dynamic and safety-focused Energy Operations Supervisor to oversee direct and contract resources, assets, and workload delivery across Cadent's East Midlands Network. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll support management, inspire your team, and ensure smooth, efficient operations that align with our core values and performance goals.
You'll be a role model for teamwork, collaboration, and customer service-proactively planning ahead, promoting best practices, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
