Business Travel Consultant - Touring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant with touring or production experience for an expanding independent agency based in the West End. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between £38k and £48k. Knowledge of Sabre is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. You will also manage administrative tasks such as accounting queries, and ensure client budgets and specific requirements are met.

Required Skills:

• Touring or production experience
• Sabre knowledge (training provided if needed)
• Strong reissue, ticketing, and refunds experience
• Flexible location within the UK
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Working hours are flexible, with options to start earlier or later. Benefits include 22 days holidays, pension, healthcare, and a bonus scheme.
