When a customer enters your store, they will experience that Vodafone feeling—a sense of being welcomed, valued, and having a friendly expert by their side to advise on our products and services. You will lead and support established teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. You should be numbers-focused, able to drive sales through your team, and take a holistic view of the business.
