We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure every guest receives excellent service.. Key Responsibilities. Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.. . Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.. . Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier management.. . Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.. . Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.. . Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and quality service.. . Monitor sales, control costs, and drive revenue growth.. . . Requirements.
