A leading NHS Trust in London seeks a full-time Locum Consultant Radiologist to support its general Radiology service, with opportunities to develop skills in subspecialties. The successful candidate will work across all Trust sites, providing services including CT, MRI, and Ultrasound. Extended working hours on evenings and weekends are required. This is a full-time 10 PA Locum Consultant Radiologist post required to cover a vacant position and to meet the increasing demand for Imaging in the Trust. The post supports the general Radiology service across all Trust sites, including CT, MRI and Ultrasound, with opportunities for candidates to develop a subspecialty that complements the department's skill mix. The successful applicant will join a team of Consultant Radiologists providing a general radiological service including Plain film reporting, Ultrasound, CT and MRI, with a subspecialty interest. The appointee will work cross-site and join the out-of-hours rota to provide evening and weekend cover. Overnight services are externally outsourced.
Applications are invited for the position of Locum Consultant Radiologist at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. We have 1 full-time post (10 Programmed Activities). The radiologist will be fully competent to cover conventional radiology, Ultrasound, CT, MRI and on-call duties. The appointee will work with the Clinical Lead in Radiology and other radiologists to oversee and ensure high-quality clinical services within the Radiology Department and to lead appropriate training and audit activity. The post holder will participate in out-of-hours extended working, evenings and weekends.
