Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA engineers to identify, log, and track bugs
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Ensure quality benchmarks and compliance are met across all software releases
• Monitor and analyze test results and metrics to improve test effectiveness
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
• Strong knowledge of QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
• Experience in both manual and automation testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
