Job summary
A recruitment service in Reading is looking for a Part-time Public Health and Wellbeing Business Support Officer for a 4-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include managing communications, minute taking, and maintaining data records. The role demands a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals and requires excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Deal with varied contacts including emails, calls, and face-to-face communications.
- Accurate and timely minute taking for meetings as per direction.
- Maintain data records within Reading Services Guide with partners.
- Support management of mailing lists and public mailboxes.
- Commit to safeguarding and welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Part‑time, 4 months FTC
- Dealing with and responding to a variety of contacts including emails, telephone calls and face‑to‑face contacts from partners and members of the public around
- Accurate and timely minute taking for partnership meetings as directed by the Neighbourhood and Partnerships Manager.
- Completing, updating and maintaining data records within Reading Services Guide, working with partners to support the maintenance and creation of data records within Reading Services Guide.
- To support the Neighbourhood and Partnerships Manager with collating and distributing information through mailing lists and the management of those mailing lists, and a number of public mailboxes.
- Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
