Global Head of Loyalty - Beauty
We are excited to be working with a well-known beauty business looking for a Head of Loyalty paying up to £90,000.
The role will manage the successful loyalty programme, responsible for increasing revenue generated through it. You will analyze data, extract insights, identify trends and opportunities to improve performance, and create clear, succinct reports to guide decision-making.
You will plan and deliver the global roll-out of the loyalty programme across both company-owned and franchise models.
To be considered, you should have extensive experience in defining and implementing loyalty programme strategies within a global retail business.
