Churchill Living Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee developments in the South East Region. This role involves managing construction processes, ensuring work is done to high standards, and collaborating with teams to meet deadlines. We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to help oversee our development in the South East Region.
Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll support the Site Manager throughout the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
Based on site and reporting to the Site Manager, the Assistant Site Manager will assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living’s desirable developments.
Hours of work are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Our Assistant Site Manager will have relevant previous site experience in building Residential Apartments and New Homes. You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
The ideal candidate will be assertive and calm under pressure to meet construction deadlines, liaising with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve objectives without compromising quality. Influencing skills are key to gain cooperation.
You will also hold a valid UK driver’s license in case assistance is needed at another site.
