Volvo Car UK has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technician & MOT Tester based at Volvo Cars Leatherhead. We are looking for a qualified technician to work to a high standard, providing exceptional workmanship to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our vehicles. If you're passionate about quality and thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Perform servicing & repairs of all Volvo cars to the highest standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet performance targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve faults.
• Accurately record faults found on a Health Check system.
• Write job cards clearly for both warranty and retail purposes.
• Maintain a professional reputation for the dealership with every interaction.

Who you are:

• Qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Experienced in a workshop environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to interact with people professionally, calmly, and efficiently, even under pressure.
• Familiar with workshop operations and safety procedures.
• Willing to embrace Volvo's training and development programs to stay up to date with best practices.
