A major retail company in Poole is seeking a Customer Delivery Porter. This role involves delivering large items, providing exceptional customer service, and requires physical stamina. Successful candidates will undergo a 13-week training program to gain installation qualifications. The role is perfect for those looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Customer Delivery Porter you'll be the face of the John Lewis & Partners brand. You'll maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations in our customers' homes. This non-driver role is a great opportunity for those looking to develop their career in one of our Customer Delivery Hubs. You will need to complete a 13-week Porter training programme and, once completed, you'll be able to successfully install products including wet connections, TV and Advance Audio Installations. At the end of the 13-weeks you will be assessed on the above elements to obtain your Installer Porter qualification.
Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
