Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for Employment Law? Looking to launch your legal career in a dynamic and supportive environment? This could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm that is seeking a driven and enthusiastic NQ Solicitor to join their growingEmployment Lawteam. This is a fantastic role for someone who is commercially astute, confident in dealing with clients, and looking to build a long-term career in a specialist area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters
• Supporting on contentious and non-contentious issues, including disciplinary processes, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims
• Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex advisory work

What We’re Looking For:

• Recently qualified (NQ – up to 1 year PQE)
• A strong seat in Employment Law during your training contract
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a real interest in developing expertise in employment law
