Due to expansion, a highly regarded, regional Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will be based in its office based in Greater Manchester with flexible and hybrid working.

The firm enjoys an excellent reputation servicing SME corporates and regional businesses. The quality of work is excellent arising out of an interesting mix of clients including developers, landlords and commercial tenants, investors, professional service, retail and leisure clients.

In this role, you will be working alongside highly regarded real estate lawyers and benefit from their mentoring and guidance. You will be given plenty of direct contact with clients and be able to nurture and develop your own contacts and business relationships. The firm as a whole is collaborative in nature and the real estate team is well-humoured and supportive of each other.
