Salary: £40,000 - £47,500 + Progression + Training + Varied Role + 25 Days Holiday rising to 28 after 2 years + Life Insurance + Private Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop new products.
2. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the design process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product designs.
4. Participate in product testing and evaluation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in product design and quality engineering.
2. Proficient in CAD software.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
