Job summary
A family-run residential care home in Haxby is seeking Female Care Assistants to join their team. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and providing personal care. Competitive pay offered, with £12.50 per hour for those with NVQs and higher for experience. Training is provided to support career progression in social care. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the home.

Ivy lodge retirement home is a small, 33 residents, family-run and award-winning residential care home conveniently located in Haxby, York. We want to add to our brilliant staff team with new Female care assistants:
32 hours a week: Mixture of 7am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm shifts
We offer competitive pay: £12.50 per hour if you have an NVQ, and £12.80 per hour with experience.
We are a small (33 residents) family-owned and run friendly home, awarded 'Outstanding' for the care our residents receive.
Training is provided to help those who want to progress in a career in social care.
Must be able to commute to the home in under 30 minutes. Please note that public transport may not always be reliable, especially on Sundays.
