Specialist Group are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join the team. This role will contribute to the Company’s marketing initiatives, and drive brand growth. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, creating focused campaigns, and fostering customer engagement across various channels.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
• Support uniform presentation of all Specialist Group literature, electronic media and promotional merchandise.
• Create engaging and informative content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, blogs and print materials.
• Develop project case studies as and when new projects are completed and secure the relevant approvals from customers/partners.
• Support at all external events to include exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, technical presentations, school visits and Open Days.
• Use data driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales and senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with agencies and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Collate accurate information for monthly management meetings.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Skills:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet and manage tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Motivated to make a difference in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with all social media platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Working knowledge of marketing software and tools such as Adobe suite, Canva, Google reporting, etc.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in a relevant or similar industry.
