This brand-new role will see you working closely with the Head of Marketing, supporting on all aspects of marketing: from seasonal campaigns and social media content, to franchisee communications, point-of-sale design, and brand activations.

You will be part of a small, ambitious team where your creativity and ideas will genuinely make an impact.

• Support day-to-day marketing activities across digital, print, and in-store campaigns
• Assist with seasonal campaign rollouts, POS design, and store activations
• Liaise with creative and digital agencies to deliver projects
• Contribute ideas in brand strategy meetings
• Provide design support (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign – training provided)
• Coordinate shoots, store visits, and content creation
• Help craft copy for social media, consumer promotions, and franchisee updates

We’re looking for mindset and attitude over a polished CV.

• Creative and full of ideas
• Organised and adaptable – able to juggle different projects
• Great communicator and team player
• Interested in marketing, branding, and building a career in a growing business
• Based near Bromsgrove / South Birmingham (driver’s license a plus)

Bonus points if you have dabbled in design tools, social media management, or content creation!
