Salary: £95,000 to £120,000
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a leading UK law firm in their search for a senior Commercial Property Lawyer (8+ PQE) to join their nationally recognised Real Estate team in Cheltenham. This is a strategic appointment within one of the largest and most respected commercial property departments in the country, offering the opportunity to lead on high-value transactions and shape the future of the team.
This leadership role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
- Managing transactions across city-centre and rural locations, including retail, industrial, healthcare, and education sectors
- Providing strategic legal and commercial advice to clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
- Driving business development and cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborating across the wider Real Estate and Planning teams
This role is suited to a senior commercial property lawyer with:
- 8+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical ability and drafting skills
- Proven experience managing complex transactions and client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
- Organised, detail-oriented approach with leadership capability
This role supports flexible and hybrid working, with a primary base in the Cheltenham office.
