As Senior Freight Forwarding Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across import/export functions while maintaining outstanding customer service delivery. You'll oversee team performance, enforce compliance standards, and contribute directly to strategic business growth.

- Lead, manage and support the Import/Export team to ensure smooth operations

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and business expansion
- Minimum 5 year's experience in deep sea ocean freight forwarding (import/export)
- Strong knowledge of the NI / UK freight forwarding and logistics market
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent decision-making, planning, and negotiation abilities
- Confident communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
- Customs knowledge is desirable but not essential
