French speaking Logistics Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Ref: 185FR

Main duties:
Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of products to their designated locations.

The Role:
– Answer customers’ enquiries from both French and English markets
– Add and amend data accurately in system for booking, tracking and billing shipment
– Provide quotations and process orders
– Follow up on quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
– Other general administration and data entry tasks as required

Candidate's Profile

– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience/knowledge in UK logistics
– Strong customer service and organisational skills
– Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
– IT literate
