Job summary
A leading arts organization in Greater London seeks a Senior Stage Operations Manager to oversee stage operations. This full-time role requires excellent leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the music industry. The successful candidate will manage a skilled team to ensure all staging needs are met, handle administrative tasks, and work collaboratively across departments. Weekend and evening work may be necessary. The position offers a competitive salary between £49,140 and £55,000, reflecting the dynamic environment of a premier creative venue.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, inspiring and developing staff.
- Thorough understanding of creative processes of music-making and business events.
- Proven experience in a senior stage role within a multi-disciplinary arts venue.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-skilled stage team for various events.
- Ensure staffing and staging requirements are met for rehearsals and performances.
- Manage a large administrative workload liaising with all teams centre-wide.
