• Oversee group data systems and ensure compliance.
• Investigate and resolve sensitive complaints and incidents.
• Implement arrangements for emergencies following Trust policy.
• Maximise operational capacity and resource use.
• Develop and deliver robust capacity and production plans.
• Support the management team in achieving key performance targets.
• Formulate action plans based on complex reports.
