About the Company

Our client is a dynamic, full-service consultancy delivering expert advice on project feasibility, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and more. Their clients span the property investment, development, and leisure sectors, as well as educational institutions.

With a growing portfolio of projects, including:

• Residential new builds (minor to major scale)

Candidate Requirements:

• Holds a RTPI-accredited degree (or equivalent qualification) in Town Planning or related field
• Some experience in a planning role, ideally through public or private sector work or internships
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Ambitious, open-minded, and motivated to contribute to exciting planning projects
