Additionally, contributing to business development initiatives and fostering strong client relationships is key.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in property litigation, specifically within a reputable law firm. Strong expertise in handling complex property litigation matters, particularly in the development sector, is essential. A proven track record of successful client representation and business development is important, and previous experience in mentoring and leading a team is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are also requisite.
