Dispute Resolution Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE) | Leading Regional Firm | Cambridge Office

Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer looking for your next step? An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic team in Cambridge.

As a Litigation Associate or Senior Associate, you will handle a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, working with some of the brightest legal minds in the industry. Your role will involve managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on high-profile disputes.

You will work on a broad range of Dispute Resolution work, including:

• Commercial/contract disputes
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Insolvency litigation
• Professional negligence claims
• Construction litigation, adjudication, and arbitration
• Debt recovery

This role presents the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, from individuals and SMEs to multinational corporations, offering exposure to a variety of challenging and high-stakes cases.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3 years PQE and broad experience in commercial and civil dispute resolution.

You should have:

• At least 3 years fee earning litigation experience.
• Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to advise clients confidently.
• Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and assisting in building long-term client relationships.
• Experience supervising junior team members is advantageous but not essential.
