A leading educational organization in Coventry seeks a motivated Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher. This pivotal role requires excellent communication, administrative skills, and a strong commitment to improving student life. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and flexible candidate to join our team and support the school on its improvement journey. The Local Governing Body are looking to appoint an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher as they lead the ongoing development of the school in achieving our World Class ambitions. You will have excellent communication skills and will provide effective PA and administrative support. This is a critical role within the school, with a wide range of administrative and organisational responsibilities. The post holder needs to be honest, discrete, trustworthy and highly self‑motivated as the role is pivotal in a demanding and busy school.

The successful candidate must be:

An experienced PA/Secretary with a proven track record in providing a highly confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative service.
