A legal firm offering flexible roles in the UK seeks a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence cases. The position offers flexible office locations across Yorkshire/Teesside and a hybrid working model of about one day per week in the office. Candidates should have 2–6 years of PQE in clinical negligence, strong client-handling skills, and good drafting abilities. - 2–6 years’ PQE (or equivalent fee-earning experience) in clinical negligence/claimant PI.
- Confident running files with appropriate supervision.
- Calm, practical approach to client handling.
Responsabilités
- Manage case load for claimant clinical negligence matters.
- Conduct pre-action investigations and analyze cases.
- Draft legal documents and advise on various legal aspects.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain client relationships.
