Hybrid 3 days in the office Full-time or part-time DOE

This is an opportunity that can flex to suit you. Whether you’re an experienced commercial property solicitor ready to take ownership of a department or a strong mid-level lawyer looking to develop further with senior support the platform is here for you to do the most impactful work of your career.

We’re open to two profiles for this key hire:

• Established Commercial Property Specialist: You’ll be confident working independently advising clients without supervision and ready to drive the department’s growth. For the right person there is a genuine opportunity to shape the team and step into a Head of Department position.
• Rising Talent (25 PQE): You’ll already have solid practical experience and be ready to develop further. You’ll work closely with a senior consultant solicitor and a dedicated trainee, giving you strong support while you continue to build your expertise and client base.

Either way you’ll be joining a practice where ambition is matched by opportunity with a clear supported path to senior leadership for those who want it.

• Drafting and negotiating new lease grants
• Lease renewals and extensions
• Property auctions, sales and purchases
• Serving formal notices
• Advising on Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 matters
• Lease extensions and associated transactional work

You’ll be encouraged to work closely with clients, shape processes and contribute ideas as the team continues to evolve.

• Salary: (depending on experience, calibre and following)
• Flexibility: Full-time or part-time with three days in the office
• Culture: A democratic, non-hierarchical team where decisions are made collectively and there’s no formal dress code
• Holidays: Statutory allowance plus one additional day for every year of service (up to five extra days)

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience advising landlords and tenants on a range of commercial property matters
• Ability to handle matters independently and deliver a high standard of client care
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and collaborative working style
• Desire to develop long-term client relationships and, for senior candidates, help shape the future direction of the department
