My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced Associate to work closely with two Consultants in their Asset Management practice.

You will have at least three years' experience as an Associate within Executive Search, at least two of which will be in Asset Management, as well as being dedicated to a career in executive search.

Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will: play an integral role in the research team, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify and approach candidates, presenting exciting mandates in an interesting manner and support consultant in the presentation of short lists.

You will have experienced attending client briefs and be able to demonstrate good market knowledge in your sector. You will work alongside experienced partners delivering mandates on a global scale.

You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
