The Medical Water Market Development Manager will be developing specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To


  • Drive innovation through scientific analysis and review of current thinking/state of the art in the medical water market.

  • Lead initiatives to identify future market drivers and applications through scientific research and development of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, industry bodies and government organizations.

  • Lead clinical evaluation and design validation within Pall Medical to ensure products meet design and end‑user requirements in medical water applications.

  • Develop and deliver technical applications and scientific training and expertise to connect medical water applications with product performance requirements to internal and external stakeholders across Pall Medical product portfolios globally.

  • Author scientific papers, technical position pieces, abstracts, posters and blogs and present at conferences, seminars and webinars.


The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include


  • PhD in a relevant subject and significant experience in technical applications support in a clinical environment.

  • Ability to translate understanding of the business, markets, guidelines and regulatory landscape to inform strategic direction of the Medical Business.

  • Track record in relationship building with diversity of internal and external stakeholders/key opinion leaders and ability to anticipate potential points of conflict and drive to consensus.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Leading cross functional projects and remote teams.

  • Understanding of global regulatory medical device requirements for new product introduction.

  • Conducting in-clinic product performance studies in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
