The ideal candidate has extensive experience in department management, business development, and strong knowledge of electrical systems. The successful candidate should be comfortable with business development. The client is looking for someone who can not only benefit the business but also help them grow and win new clients.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in managing electrical works. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and growing an established department, securing business, leading teams, ensuring adherence to electrical regulations, and delivering excellent customer-focused services.
The candidate should have strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Experience as a NICEIC Approved Contractor alongside excellent communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and adaptable approach is key, as is the ability to critique and improve processes for the benefit of the business. Proficiency in IT and a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations are also required.
