A prominent project management firm in Hounslow is urgently seeking a Project Director to oversee the delivery of a £100m high-profile project involving five high-rise residential blocks while ensuring compliance with construction management standards, particularly focusing on fire safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, budget management, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. This role demands a strong leader capable of managing complex projects in accordance with regulatory requirements and delivering on organizational targets.
Qualifications
- Experience at a senior level in project or programme delivery.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in leading complex work programmes.
Responsabilités
- Accountable for the delivery of a £100m project.
- Manage resources including agents and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
