Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager managing projects £50M+.
• Experience delivering RC frame new-build schemes (student accommodation or residential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery from start to finish.
• Manage site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
• Oversee design coordination, client liaison, and commercial management.
