- You will strategically design and execute short and long-term technology plans
- You will develop the engineering team, improving efficiency
- You will design and improve a scalable service-oriented architecture
- You will build data products and guide data teams
- You will improve existing and implement new engineering practices
- You will work with various senior stakeholders, partners and investors
- You speak fluent German or English
- You have many years of proven leadership experience
- You have designed, implemented and driven technology plans forward on a large scale
- You have a deep grasp of software engineering processes and have guided engineering teams in the past
- You have used AI to enable teams to be more productive and improve company efficiency
- You speak both German and English fluently
- You have held a similar previous position (CISO, CTO, Head of IT, etc.)
- You have experience working in the same industry
