• Annual Salary: Up to £32,000 basic salary with strong commission package (up to £1500 per month - £42K-£50K OTE)
• Location: Manchester - Hybrid (2 days in office). Remote working is possible, please ask for more information.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide exceptional service and advice over the telephone to both personal and business customers.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet diverse customer needs.

• Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards in all advice provided.
• Document all interactions thoroughly, ensuring quality of advice through detailed fact-finding and analysis.

• Relevant financial services qualifications, ideally CEMAP or R05 desirable but not essential - can provide funding to complete.
