Role: Lecturer – 16-18 and Adult ESOL

Hours: Flexible Hours Available

Salary: £33,351.00 - £47,397.00 FTE

Pension Contributions: 28.68% (£9,286.30 - £13,196.82 FTE).

Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Lecturer to join the 16-18 ESOL team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

The Role

  • Delivery to 16–19-year-olds and/or Adults.
  • Teaching and Assessing ESOL and Maths from pre-entry to level 1.
  • Using a range of traditional delivery methods alongside strong digital skills which you would pass on to learners.
  • Involvement in the whole assessment process from Initial Assessment to the IQA Process.

The experience, ability and flexibility to work with both Adult and Young Learners 16-18, deliver the full range of ESOL from Pre-Entry up to Level 1 are desirable.

APGCE Level 7 with subject specialism ESOL qualification or equivalent is essential. Experience of working in an FE setting and with vulnerable learners is essential.
