Location: Remote, covering Midlands to North region

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Regional Customs Compliance Manager to coordinate our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

1. Support strategic deployments at regional & site levels for DSC UKI Customs & Excise services.
2. Assist with and ensure accuracy of new business or renewals involving Customs & Excise activities.
3. Deploy the DSC Customs Compliance manual and monitor compliance requirements.
4. Provide support and guidance to customers, operational teams, and SMEs on Customs & Excise regulations.
5. Contribute to growing the UKI Customs function through learning and support at all levels.
6. Ensure completion of audit actions in collaboration with Bond managers and stakeholders, depending on service level.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Bond warehouse experience is essential.
• Understanding of WMS/DMS and customs experience is essential.
• Ability to build strong relationships with site bond teams and operational stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering training is desirable but not essential.
