To leverage Prop Firm Match’s growing trader base by designing and executing targeted, data‑driven email marketing campaigns that personalize communication across the buyer’s journey — improving engagement, conversion, and retention.

  1. 1. Map and Optimize the Trader Lifecycle (First 60–90 Days)
    • Analyze the trader’s full journey on the Prop Firm Match platform and define key communication touchpoints.
    • Develop and document tailored email sequences aligned with onboarding, engagement, and retention stages.
    • Establish KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics for each stage of the journey.
  2. 2. Build and Automate Email Campaigns (Quarter 1–2)
    • Design and deploy automated workflows and segmented campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
    • Create dynamic tags and lists to enable personalized communication based on trader behavior and profile.
    • A/B test templates, subject lines, and CTAs to continuously improve campaign performance.
  3. 3. Drive Measurable Growth in Engagement and Conversions (Quarter 2–3)
    • Deliver consistent quarter‑over‑quarter increases in email engagement and platform reactivation.
    • Link campaign metrics (CTR, reactivation rate, conversion) to overall user acquisition and retention KPIs.
    • Provide actionable insights to product and growth teams based on campaign data.
