The Creative Strategist is the bridge between the client and the agency, and a key link between internal teams to deliver exceptional work. You will ensure the agency meets and exceeds client expectations and that the wider team delivers continued growth for our clients on TikTok.

1. In-depth Creative Strategy - Building performance-driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok.
2. UGC Management - Deliver UGC TikTok content consistently for each client account. Be the main point of contact for clients’ creative needs, ensuring all creative KPIs are met. Work closely with TikTok creators to ensure the UGC content is high-quality and commercially viable. Maintain strong organisation and update creator spreadsheets regularly.
3. Influencer management - Lead partnerships with brands and creators. Find creators authentic to each brand, manage relationships, ensure timely delivery of UGC content, and negotiate terms within budgets. Contribute to and collaborate on TikTok creative strategy across brands; communicate ongoing creative ideas to clients.
4. Research - Stay aware of upcoming TikTok trends and potential new content angles.
5. Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR, Hold-Rate) to drive creative optimisation and reporting.

• Has a strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Experience working and communicating with influencers.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform.
• Highly organized; able to push others to deliver.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and strong pattern recognition.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to understand human psychology, sociology & why people buy things.
• Be passionate, enthusiastic, and personable.
• Skilled in client management and communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative under pressure.
• Leadership & team management experience is a bonus.
