Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist to provide day-to-day support during the implementation of the Workday system. This role is central to ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation, supporting users, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training documentation and user guides.
  • Deliver training and provide support on Workday functionality.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and correct data gaps or discrepancies.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Attend project meetings and raise support tickets/change requests.
  • Carry out other tasks as required to support the Workday rollout.
  • Uphold company values and comply with conduct rules.
  • Travel to other offices as needed.
