Job summary
A leading IT consulting firm is looking for an experienced IT support professional specializing in Dynamics GP. You will provide direct support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with both internal and external teams. This is a full-time freelancer role with remote flexibility, starting ASAP and lasting for 12 months, with potential for extension. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience supporting Dynamics GP.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
- Strong understanding of business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to end users via Teams.
- Resolve Dynamics GP incidents within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with internal analysts and external teams.

- Provide direct support to end users via Teams and LogMeIn
- Resolve Dynamics GP incidents within SLA timelines
- Replicate and troubleshoot issues in test environments
- Collaborate with internal analysts and external support teams
- Report bugs and system errors with clarity and precision
- 3+ years' experience supporting Dynamics GP
- Strong understanding of GP processes and business workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Fluent English speaker
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: Freelancer
- Contract length: 12 months + extension
- Workload: Full-time
- Location: Full remote from everywhere in the world
- Working time: UK Time zone
