We are looking for a C Suite leader - with appetite for appointment as Deputy CEO.

Another great progression opportunity. It sits within a 2 Y'r succession plan.

This leadership appointment - will help to lead a well-known and diversified business, with Transformational Change (AI / HR / Competitive Positioning).

Compensation - £325k to £375k pa base + benefits & remote working.

The successful profile will have substantive responsibilities & objectives, which will be closely tied to strategic and operational outcomes. They will provide as a platform for proving abilities, and will themselves, give rise to a clear sense of timetable for ascending to the top job.

You will need to be comfortable with Business Planning & Managing Change.
