• Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Promote precision-engineered metal components to existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand reach.

• Proven experience in business development within manufacturing, engineering, or precision components.
• Strong technical understanding of die casting, metal injection molding, or related processes.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or industrial clients.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
